Complete the look
The ASICS Gel-1130 originally launched as a performance running shoe, built around ASICS' GEL cushioning technology and TRUSSTIC support system. It has since been revived as a lifestyle silhouette, becoming one of the most popular models in the retro running revival alongside the Gel-Kayano 14 and Gel-NYC. The Gel-1130's sleeker, lower-profile design compared to the chunkier Gel-NYC has made it a favourite for anyone who wants a technical runner that's less bulky but still carries genuine ASICS heritage.
The Wild Dove colourway features a soft, muted dove grey mesh upper with white accents for a clean, neutral aesthetic. The tonal grey palette gives the shoe a calm, understated character that's easy to wear daily. The layered synthetic overlays add texture and depth without breaking the tonal consistency. It's one of the softest and most approachable Gel-1130 colourways, suited to anyone who prefers quiet, neutral footwear.
ASICS GEL cushioning for responsive impact absorption and all-day comfort. Breathable mesh upper with synthetic overlays for a lightweight, layered construction. Soft wild dove grey and white palette for a clean, neutral aesthetic. TRUSSTIC support system (TPU shank) in the outsole for stability and energy efficiency. Durable rubber outsole for reliable traction and longevity.

The ASICS Gel-1130 Wild Dove is ideal for anyone who wants a soft, neutral retro runner with a slim profile. The muted dove grey palette makes it one of the most understated Gel-1130 colourways, suited to daily wear across any wardrobe. The GEL cushioning and TRUSSTIC support deliver genuine comfort and stability without drawing attention.
The Wild Dove Gel-1130 is one of the softest, most neutral colourways in the range. The muted dove grey with white accents pairs effortlessly with light wash denim, cream joggers, neutral cargo pants, or tailored trousers. It's a shoe that blends into any outfit without being plain, thanks to the layered upper construction and subtle tonal shifts.
The ASICS Gel-1130 sits alongside the Gel-Kayano 14 and Gel-NYC as part of ASICS' retro running revival. The Wild Dove offers one of the softest, most neutral palettes in the range, sitting between the lighter White Shark Skin and the darker Graphite Grey Gravel. Compared to the Gravel Pure Silver, the Wild Dove has a warmer, softer grey tone without the metallic silver accents. Against neutral Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 colourways, the Gel-1130 has a sleeker, less chunky profile.
Yes, the ASICS Gel-1130 runs true to size. We recommend ordering your usual UK size. The breathable mesh upper with synthetic overlays provides a comfortable, supportive fit.
The Gel-1130 features ASICS' signature GEL technology for impact absorption, paired with a lightweight EVA midsole for responsive comfort. The TRUSSTIC support system (a TPU shank in the outsole) enhances stability and efficient energy transfer during movement.
The Wild Dove colourway is available in unisex sizing. Check the available sizes on the product page for current stock.
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing as this can damage the synthetic overlays and GEL cushioning. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
