Complete the look
The ASICS Gel-1130 originally launched as a performance running shoe, built around ASICS' GEL cushioning technology and TRUSSTIC support system. It has since been revived as a lifestyle silhouette, becoming one of the most popular models in the retro running revival alongside the Gel-Kayano 14 and Gel-NYC. The Gel-1130's sleeker, lower-profile design compared to the chunkier Gel-NYC has made it a favourite for anyone who wants a technical runner that's less bulky but still carries genuine ASICS heritage.
The Graphite Grey Gravel colourway features a dark, tonal grey palette across the breathable mesh upper and synthetic overlays. The subdued graphite and gravel tones create a stealthy, versatile look. ASICS' signature tiger stripes and branding add heritage detailing without breaking the tonal consistency. It's the darkest and most understated Gel-1130 colourway, making it the easiest to wear daily.
ASICS GEL cushioning for responsive impact absorption and all-day comfort. Lightweight EVA midsole for a cushioned, supportive ride. Breathable mesh upper with synthetic overlays for a technical, layered construction. TRUSSTIC support system (TPU shank) in the outsole for stability and energy efficiency. Dark graphite grey and gravel tonal palette for maximum versatility.

The ASICS Gel-1130 Graphite Grey Gravel is ideal for anyone who wants a dark, understated retro runner with a slim profile. The tonal grey palette makes it one of the most versatile Gel-1130 colourways, suited to daily wear across any wardrobe. The GEL cushioning and TRUSSTIC support deliver genuine comfort and stability without the bulk of chunkier models like the Gel-NYC.
The Graphite Grey Gravel Gel-1130 is one of the most understated ASICS colourways available. The dark tonal grey palette works with everything from black jeans and a tee to dark joggers, olive cargo pants, or a full monochrome outfit. It's a shoe that disappears into your outfit without being boring, thanks to the layered upper construction and signature tiger stripes.
The ASICS Gel-1130 sits alongside the Gel-Kayano 14 and Gel-NYC as part of ASICS' retro running revival. Compared to the Gel-NYC, the Gel-1130 has a sleeker, lower-profile silhouette with less visual bulk. Against the White Shark Skin colourway, the Graphite Grey Gravel offers a darker, more stealthy alternative. Compared to the Nike P-6000 in similar dark tones, the Gel-1130 offers visible GEL technology and the TRUSSTIC support system for a more technically advanced feel.
Yes, the ASICS Gel-1130 runs true to size. We recommend ordering your usual UK size. The breathable mesh upper with synthetic overlays provides a comfortable, secure fit.
The Gel-1130 features ASICS' signature GEL technology for impact absorption, paired with a lightweight EVA midsole for responsive comfort. The TRUSSTIC support system (a TPU shank in the outsole) enhances stability and efficient energy transfer during movement.
The Graphite Grey Gravel colourway is available in unisex sizing. Check the available sizes on the product page for current stock.
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing as this can damage the synthetic overlays and GEL cushioning. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
